Who would have thought one would get such a bloody good pizza from dominos... it really happened. Got there late at night and customised toppings and they nailed it. Good shop good staff.

I have to say, I had my best thin crust pizza from domino from you guys, crusty, made well, fresh. I don't want to give you a bad rating but just a neutral one. I did my online order with you guys for the first time, using Google maps to navigate there. I had to go past the same street 3 times (2 illegal U-turn) to find your shop. If you help your customers to spot your shop, you'll get them to return.

Everything here is incredibly overpriced compared with other Domino's stores. Ever thought that lowering your prices to around the normal price might actual bring you more business?

I have ordered Dominos every week since I've moved to Brisbane (11 months now), until recently. The last four (yes, four) times they delivered, they were anywhere from 20-40 minutes late. By no means do I expect that to be perfect, but when it becomes a weekly occurrence, something is operationally wrong. Instead of fixing the problem, they send you coupons for a free soda. When I reached out to Dominos via FB to ask if I can exchange it for something else (I don't drink soda due to health purposes), they simply told me to go call the store instead. So, to summarize: they do not fix the problem, and when you bring it to their attention, they disregard you. Great service, Dominos. This is a classic example of choosing to ignore their customers, focus on the processes instead of the content, and trying to decide for themselves what a customer wants instead of asking them directly. It's not rocket science; ask your customer if they want that coupon, or something else. I've chosen to order from Capers instead since then. While I'm not the biggest fan of their pizza, but I will no longer order Domino's solely out of principle.

The nuances of this particular establishment is very sophisticated and upper-class. By far the most positive asset to this gourmet pizzeria joint is their renowned pizza delivery chap. This strapping young lad creates a wonderful atmosphere of pizza and dreams come true. Just the other day I ordered a meat lovers with extra pineapple. Upon my purchase I was antipating the arrival of said luxury item, as I would get a glimps of the intelligent and handsome delivery chap known as Tom Civili, even for just a minute, and a quick exchange. If I ever hazarded the chance of ever becoming the manager for this business, I would most definitely give this young man a raise for the happiness and love that he spreads across the nation.
