My triple flavour wrap had RAW chicken inside. Lucky I noticed early and spat it out. Ordered Feb 02 at 10.10pm.nThis is a huge breach of food health and safety. I’m going to be expecting some sort of compensation or refund for this experience.
I had a fantastic experience at Red Rooster! The restaurant was impressively clean, including the restrooms, which were immaculate. Navigating through the drive-through was a breeze, thanks to their well-organized layout. The entire visit was smooth and hassle-free. I greatly appreciate Red Rooster's commitment to maintaining a clean and convenient environment for their customers. It's definitely a place I would highly recommend for a satisfying meal and excellent service.
This store deserved 0 star. Ordered through door dash . Received wrong order and quantity of chicken , chicken has a foul smell . Ordered 6pcs but only 1 pc was given . Wrong drinks and the uber told me that he waited for 1 hour for this order . And I didn't received full amout of my refund. Disappointed and not satisfied with the service. Store managers must trained staff to double check orders properly. We should aim for quality not quantity.
Staff were friendly. Maybe too friendly as I waz playing with the app to sort out my order , she did ask if she could touch it haha but we managed to get the order done. Friendly and helpful and great service
I ordered through uber eats. Considering it was delivered it still got to me warm. I will habe to go there to experience it hot and fresh. The drink was wrong but thats ok. Still enjoyed my quarter chicken and chips at 1:45am.. i called to ask the for extra salt on the chips. The lady was nice over the phone :- cant wait to try it in store one time!!!
