This store deserved 0 star. Ordered through door dash . Received wrong order and quantity of chicken , chicken has a foul smell . Ordered 6pcs but only 1 pc was given . Wrong drinks and the uber told me that he waited for 1 hour for this order . And I didn't received full amout of my refund. Disappointed and not satisfied with the service. Store managers must trained staff to double check orders properly. We should aim for quality not quantity.
I ordered through uber eats. Considering it was delivered it still got to me warm. I will habe to go there to experience it hot and fresh. The drink was wrong but thats ok. Still enjoyed my quarter chicken and chips at 1:45am.. i called to ask the for extra salt on the chips. The lady was nice over the phone :- cant wait to try it in store one time!!!
I had a fantastic experience at Red Rooster! The restaurant was impressively clean, including the restrooms, which were immaculate. Navigating through the drive-through was a breeze, thanks to their well-organized layout. The entire visit was smooth and hassle-free. I greatly appreciate Red Rooster's commitment to maintaining a clean and convenient environment for their customers. It's definitely a place I would highly recommend for a satisfying meal and excellent service.
Ordered through menu log. Didn’t get the hot honey wings ordered. Didn’t get one of the drinks ordered. Also a wrap and burger that were advertised as being made with tenders had been made with bone in wings. Who wants to take a bite of a burger only to have a mouthful of bones…nWill never go again
Was the only one in the car park that wasn't a delivery driver. Still managed to get a park out the front. Maybe get the delivery drivers to wait in the lower car park?nnWent inside to order. Waited a bit. Delivery driver jumped the queue looking for their pick-up. Went to KFC so can't honestly comment on food.
