It took more than 2 hours to get the pizzas and when we tried to cancel and get our money back (after seeing that the pizzas were ready for >30 min in store) we were told that they were on the way out. Oh, and they happily accepted my money for icecream online even though they don’t sell it at this venue. I’m waiting on my $ back - absolute ripoff.

Really a very bad experience ordering pizza here. We have guests from Denmark and when they saw the unhygienic environment they were so furious about it. You cannot see proper toppings in their make line as it was a huge mess. No one was there to take the order and when we asked the guy on the make line that is it a busy day, he answered no with his rude attitude. Its a big name and stores like these spoil the goodwill of the company.

I'm livid. Tonight I ordered two pizzas online to be delivered. They took over twenty minutes but I assumed you would be busy late on a Friday night. Not a good enough excuse though when both pizzas finally rock up and are not what we ordered. We tried to call multiple times with no answer ever and a full voicemail. Finally I got in my car and drove, defeating the point of paying $6 delivery, just to be met by a grumpy teenager whose best attempt at customer service was "what do you expect me to do?" after telling me that you were out of stock in what we ordered and if I wanted a refund it would be 3-4 business days. Funnily you couldn't have told me that and saved us both some hassle if you answered the store phone. Don't just assume that close enough is good enough when customers are paying valuable money that, I'm sorry, could be spent on way better pizza. We only cop dominos because you're open late, I think it's about time you get your staff and standards in order and prioritise your reputation and product and rely on something other than convinience for a change. *mic drop*

simple to order online for pick up or delivery. they have a live timer so you can see the status of your order. they've got basic $5 pizzas and then they go up from there. look up coupons online to save some money. I got a 50% off one today that worked.

Unhelpful, rude and shotty pizzas with half the ingredients missing. Gave em a few chances but they're just shady as hell.
