I love dominos, their pizzas never disappoint me and the service provided by their staff is excellent even in peak hours. I got a pizza, 1.5L Mountain Dew and garlic bread for $20! Great deal
Tracker on the website doesn't work, tracker on the app doesn't work, and the cashier was happily eating bits off people's orders while ignoring customers. Disgusting. Eating food off the ground would be safer and i wouldn't have been overcharged.
I usually love dominos pizza but last night was a terrible experience. When I opened my pizza, half the pizza had no cheese on it, the base was very wet and soft, even though I got a thin and crispy. And when I lifted up a peice, the sauce and the missing toppings where underneath the pizza base. It was a very sad and disappointing experience. Edit: Dominos contacted me afterwards to ensure I am satisfied with their service and rectified the issue. Thank you.
Domino's Pizza Fortitude Valley has been getting my address wrong for the last two or three times. When I ordered it today they got the address correct and they delivered it 2 minutes early which is extremely wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The pizzas where delicious and it was one of the best meals that i have ever had in a long time. Domino's you need to be proud of how you have listed to the reviews and feed back from the community. The pizza was extremely good especially with the thin and crispy crust it takes the whole meal to another level. You need to be congratulated on your efforts to listen to the public and how you have listened to us the public. The pizzas are always improving and the speed is becoming of delivery is becoming quicker and faster and the food is always improving. Good job Domino's ::: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I arrived I had to wait until the female staff member was told by other people that I was waiting to be served but I didn’t mind as she apologised and was friendly for a change my pizza was terrific and eat all but 2 peace’s in my walk back home near valley police station
Georgia form the valley dominos goes above and beyond for her customers. Catering to their needs and wants substantially. I will 1000% be returning to this store if it some with this kind of customer service. Thank you Georgia !!

I asked for burger sauce with the new hamburger pizza and they gave me peri peri sauce. I work at another store I know the sauces look alike but at least label them so that they look different. I’m white I can’t handle spice :
Low quality , rude manager, everytime quality is getting worse and worse. When I explained to the manager he didn't care and easily hung up the phone.
