Honestly. KFC is pretty consistent from store to store but today I reckon I had the freshest original chicken pieces I’ve ever had 40+ years of eating KFC. I guess it was just timing. Store and restrooms were clean too which isn’t always the case. Well done staff.
Great customer service here this afternoon! Staff were patient and friendly when ordering through the drive through.nFood came out nicely put together and they even included napkins in the bag! Thanks team.
I can understand waiting times, but I waited 9 to 10 minutes for a burger meal. When I did ask about if there was a waiting time I was told the zingers would be 10 15 minutes wait did I want strips instead of the zinger, no not really but I can't afford the extra 15 minutes on top of the ten already spent. So I downgraded and left. Please inform me next time so I can atleast order something I want to eat or a refund I did pay cash.
I should have looked in the boxc before I left the drivethru, this is absolutely disgusting. It feels like rubber and is cold. Seriously, how do you serve food in this state?
ordered a original tenders box, the guy says 3 minute wait for tenders then sends us to the waiting bay for 13 minutes gives us the food everything seemed fine then when getting home 3 smallest peices of chicken i have ever seen, A MOSQUITO IN MY CHICKEN yes a mosquito, no chips and didn’t give me the gravy pot i ordered as well instead gave me 2 potato and gravy’s with gravy that was so thick it was attached to the soggy chips, there is so many more complaints i could make such as with my popcorn chicken being filled not even halfway and tasting over a week old, and really?! 2 workers in the entire restaurant i honestly feel bad for the workers
