Rediscovering my yoga practice after a 6month break, the Light Space studio Balwyn ticks all the boxes. Naturally, a light-filled and serene space + well trained instructors who offer variation of poses to suit every level. Well located with the added bonus of 3 studio locations to choose from too....👏🧘🏻‍♀️

Probably the best yoga studios in Melbourne. I had been a member for for 1& half year and during that time I learnt so much. The teachers they have here are the best thing about the place. They push you to your edge. Since moving away I have joined two other studios and they don’t compare to the level of training or knowledge. If you get a chance to practice here, do it no one ever regrets doing a yoga class

THANK YOU Light Space Yoga!  You guys have got me hooked on yoga.  Teachers are all so knowledgable and inspiring.  The studio is just stunning, from the styling to the view to the peaceful atmosphere... I couldn't think of a better place to find myself at 6am in the morning!!
