I have been a constant member at Dynamic Boxing coming up to 5 years. 
I love everything about this place.... The friendships I have made, the strength I have felt, and the constant addiction to my workouts have made me a stronger person. If you are looking for a great workout, that changes and challenges you on a daily basis, you should check this place out. It's awesome.

Been going to BDF for just over 3 years and still love it. Knowledgeable trainers that offer a variety of workouts that will push you to your limits for all fitness levels. Challenges/meal plans that focus on nutrition and fitness whether it's for fat loss, muscle gain, shredding or simply maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle. Great like minded people who love to train together, push each other for optimum results and a real sense of camaraderie.

I feel so good after doing this. Great mix of cardio, body weight and boxing technique. Thoroughly recommend this. Laska and crew do a great job.
