Alanna has been my trainer at Evolution Fitness Centre for over six years and I can't speak more highly of her group sessions. The sessions are challenging and fun and above all, effective. Despite the fact that I am training in a group setting, I still feel as though I am getting the individual attention I need to make sure that my technique is right. Not many instructors I have come across have such a focus on technique. Having had two children and also being a keen runner, I have found the additional strength training to be just what I need to keep me achieving my goals. Massive thanks to Alanna and the team!

I've known Ryan Mitchell for a few years. He is regarded as one of the leaders in the fitness industry and delivers a high standard of service. He knows how to get results for his clients and he does so with integrity and with the client's best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Evolution Fitness Centre and their Team if you want to make a difference in your health and fitness and your life. Don't hesitate.

I have known Ryan Mitchell and his team from Evolution Fitness Centre for several years and I highly recommend their services. The group training classes are so much fun, but also incredibly challenging and the attention to detail and passion to get results for their clients is first class.

Having known Ryan for a number of years now, it's easy to see why him, his staff and his business are so popular. Ryan's level of knowledge, passion, experience, and genuine desire to help people improve their lives is hard to find in the fitness industry these days.
