"We are a boutique Pilates Reformer studio, with a modern and balanced approach to exercise. Our method strengthens the core and back, improves posture and balance, increases flexibility, helps correct muscle imbalances, and strengthens the body as a whole. Endless lifestyle Studio focuses on small group fitness and private training, using spring-loaded resistance and body-weight exercises on the ultramodern Allegro 2 Reformer. We enjoy working out to music and having a good time while creating strong bodies and minds.Located on Whitehorse Rd, Balwyn, Victoria."

I have been working one on one with Laya at Endless LIfestyle for a few years now, this company has an wholistic approach to your fitness, and my whole body and mind has become stronger. The thing I love the most about the energy at Endless is the compassion and gentleness mixed with a true desire to help push you to do and be your best. Giving five stars only cos I can’t give them ten!
Have been attending Endless Lifestyle Studio for over two years and have enjoyed every lesson! The instructors are all fantastic, attentive, positive and highly experienced, often tailoring the class based off everyone’s level of experience. Highly recommend the studio to any, regardless of where they are at in their pilates journey!
One of the best Pilates studio in town! The instructor brings a lot of energy to the room with great music makes it a fun environment each time in class. Definitely my happy place: Highly recommended!!!
I have been attending this studio since 2019 and will always come back despite having to drive 30min to get there. Laya is a pilates expert and her years of experience means that you never get the same boring workout twice. She is always full of positive energy, and gets to know all of her clients as individuals. She has a great understanding of everyone's abilities, allowing her to tailor each program and session to the group whether beginner or intermediate. I have tried chains like KX before but they just don't compare to the boutique pilates experience that Endless offers.
Endless Lifestyle Studio has become part of my weekly routine and improved my fitness and core strength, add the fabulous Pilates instructor Laya with her expertise, wit and encouragement and you leave feeling energised. A cup of tea following class is a great way to finish the session, meet new people and share a laugh. Thank you Laya and team especially Happy the cutest studio puppy mascot, for creating a wonderful, overall experience. Anna xo

I highly recommend joining Endless Lifestyle Studio. The instructors really take pride in their classes, are positive, friendly and attentive to ensure you're doing the moves correctly. The place is also spacious and really clean.
Clean, cozy little pilate studio. Laya is amazing and very knowledgeable, her class can be hard, challenging, but rewarding and fun, i love it.. The instructors are lovely, attention to detail, i like how her team explain and take time to correct your posture or grips.
Such a beautiful and welcoming studio. Laya and the other instructors are all fantastic and very experienced. Always encouraging you to push yourself further in a supportive and positive way.
Life changing studio that provides expert instructing and a welcoming environment. After one session with Laya Tehrani, hands down the best instructor I've ever met, I was immediately hooked. Highly recommend that you try this studio!
