We are a boutique fitness studio that offers personal group classes (up to 12 clients max) and 1 on 1 Personal Training.

KX Pilates is a revolutionary, fast paced, high intensity, body-toning workout that fuses the core strengthening elements of traditional reformer pilates with circuit, cardio and endurance training. The workout realigns and strengthens the body using added resistance from modified reformer beds, shaking up traditional pilates in a big way.

Beginner through to advanced classes available, catering for all fitness levels.

Great studio. It’s clean, aircon on, nice new beds, and plenty of class options and times. All the staff are lovely and know their stuff. Always get a great workout and walk away feeling good.
Classes are challenging and they have aircon and fans which is a huge plus. However, majority of the instructors I had over 2 weeks were quite unfriendly, the music was awful and so loud I could hardly hear the instructions. An intense amount of ‘motivational’ quotes all over the place to the point where I felt alienated by it. I don’t go to Pilates to be #girlbossed into fitness.
Great location, easy parking and the Trainers know their stuff. Its a proper workout and you feel feeling energised and pumped.
Variety of trainers to suit different styles and levels - favourites are Jarrah and Leah. Reformer beds are decent and there are a number of additional equipment to use. Fans and air conditioners in the room. Music also used during class. One of the trainers used a microphone but pretty sure it's a personal touch. Communal water source to top up your bottle. Towels were provided prior to covid. Cleaning wipes provided for before and after use. Limited weekend early morning classes to about lunch wish there were weekend afternoon or evening classes provided as I'm not a morning person. App is straightforward to use and syncs with Google calendar. Parking available nearby, limited at times shared for shopping strip patrons. Toilets and change room on site. Barre classes available as well I think in their studio room but personally haven't tried. Expensive but can get a package to make it more economically feasible. Will continue to be a patron as long as I enjoy the trainers.
Great! The instructor was very good and paid attention. Definitely had a good sweat sess there!
Bad customer service, not welcoming at all.. we've been there twice for enquiries and enrolment, and no one was there to help.. it was a lady called Mary i think,we just went there to see the atmosphere of the class but we found her so rude and unfriendly. She just said you can find all the details online and not interested to help
