Started at Body Vision three months ago, and I have been so pleased with the variety of classes, the advice of Michelle and Annie, the trainers. The atmosphere of the studio is warm, inclusive and supportive. The timetable is varied so there is always a class that suits. With the help of Body Vision, I've seen results and I've never felt better, mentally and physically. Would highly recommend giving Body Vision a try.

It's been over a year now since I've joined and I've never looked back! My health has never been so good and energy levels on the improve! The range of classes available at Body Vision and the times the classes are on will suit stay at home mums, working parents and individuals wanting a varied pattern of exercise! Michelle and her very professional and enthusiastic team are supportive and full of health and nutrition knowledge! Love going to this studio and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a supportive welcoming and inclusive environment to get fit and healthy!

If you're looking for a fun and supportive training studio, BodyVision is the place. Michelle has created an incredibly supportive community of women who absolutely love to work out. The variety of classes is extensive and there is something for everyone. I absolutely love this place!

Me love bootcamp never. How wrong could I be. Its a fantastic group that offer support and encouragement from the start. Michelle gets it just right with the mix of support and kicking butt. Im stronger then ive been in a long time. Great group and fantastic trainer

What a fabulous studio/gym to attend. I've been coming to Body Vision for close to two years and it has been wonderful. I have found my experience at Body vision to surpass any of my expectations. Classes are fun, hard, fulfilling and exhilarating! I've had days where I'd be struggling to chuck on the active wear however every single time walked out feeling 100% better and happy to have pushed myself to attend one of Michelle, Agnes or Biancas classes. The trainers are all fabulous and engaging. The guys and girl who attend have become great friends and have helped me get through even the most freezing and wet mornings!! My energy levels are at an all time high. My body shape has changed drastically as has my diet and that of my family. Michelle's passion & knowlege of clean eating is amazing. Her advise and feedback has been invaluable and has helped me with making better choices with fuelling my body and changing bad lifelong habits. My teenage daughters have been so impressed with my changes and feed back they they have requested to start attending various sessions. One does the bootcamp session on Saturday mornings and the other attends teen boxing on Wednesday evenings. The growth I have seen in their confidence levels and strength has been amazing. Body vision has a great selection of classes which helps keep your training schedule interesting and varied. Another great program Body vision offers is Michelle's 6 or 8 week challenges. These are a great way to take stock of your lifestyle and challenge you to make some very necessary changes to achieve any goal you have in your sights. I highly recommend Body vision and guarantee you'll never look back!
