Wow talk about results. Marcus and the team are fantastic. I just came to lose some weight and trim down a bit. Well I couldn't be happier with the results. Best money I I have ever spent. I keep telling him he's too cheap. You don't need to come here to become a body builder, if you just want to lose weight and get fitter this is for you. And the best part... No cardio.!!!!!!!!!!!

Marcus and his team are not only professional but always have their clients best interests at heart. When it comes to diet, I am one of the most fussiest people out there yet Marcus takes extra time and somehow makes it work with foods I actually enjoy!!! Could not make a stronger recommendation.

I can not rate Marcus highly enough. I've been training on and off for 14 years by myself and with other coaches and by far, this has been the most motivating and rewarding, both mentally and physically. 100% the best in the business.

Absolutely amazing! Been with ironbody for over and year and a half. The coaching team is awesome and friendly with their can do attitude and have helped me come along way with my body transformation. Could not be happier with the team and definitely would recommend to anyone. Safe to say I will be continuing my journey with ironbody 💪

I can not speak highly enough of the personalised service I have and continue to receive from Iron Body over a 3 year period. Being a busy, professional woman about to turn 50 I finally decided something needed to change. My lifestyle , my approach to food and exercise hadn’t served me well and I was sick of my excuses. I simply wanted to feel fitter and stronger and if I lost weight that would be an added bonus. Marcus has been an amazing coach and instrumental in my journey to fitness by providing me with a tailored program and mindful of my existing physical limitations due to old sporting injuries. His guidance, attention to detail when it comes to form and support has been first class with lots of laughs along the way. On reflection I am now 53 never thought it possible to feel this fit and strong at this stage of my life and the day I walked into the studio was indeed the best decision I ever made. Thank you to Marcus and Iron Body you have changed my life.
