I visited Kmart Aspley over the weekend and a young man Oliver helped me with finding what I incredibly vaguely described. He then served me checking out and I have to say, what a great young man! I appreciated his knowledge of products and the store lay out, his customer service was wonderful and he’s a top kid. Well done Oliver, this store is lucky to have you!
Went into Kmart today for an exchange of an unused product within 60 days as we were overseas for Christmas and schoolnHolidays . the staff at the layby counter by the name of Lauren wasn’t helpful at all , she shouldn’t be working at a customer service counter at all . Should be sent to the stores to speak to boxes . Never seen a grumpy resting face and attitude as her she called a manager for over ride he was another useless piece of work. He worked at the entrance and has more attitude than ever not helpful at all. The 60th day is today yet they were not happy to do so and didn’t even bother asking if I was a one pass customer coz I have. It and can exchange for an entire 365 days if I want to as long as it’s unused which it wasn’t used at all.nShe lied to the manager that she asked if I had one pass . This store has been a disappointment. Chermside Kmart on the other hand was so much more friendlier and happy to help.
The worst customer service ever! They didn’t refund me for a purchase which was not fitting what it was supposed to because the package wasn’t intact. How should I have known that the product fits its purpose if I don’t open it!nFirst the line manager said that to me over and over and when I insisted in returning the product the store manager yelled at me in front of many other customers and repeated the same things.nI then went to Arena Hills store and they quickly refunded me, no extra questions asked, no yelling definitely.nReading other reviews, seems it is a common story in this store.
Could not believe how filthy this Kmart is. The amount of rubbish and discarded items from the shelves underneath shelving units was ridiculous. The place was understaffed and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time.
Called 5 times with approximately 3 minutes per call to check on stock availability. Absolutely no one answering. What sort of a business is it?
