Customer service desk is horrible, every time im there i have to wait 20 minutes or more just to change a product. Today the lady didnt acknowledge me until she was done with the customer before me. I wanted to change a pair of shoes for a size up, she gave me store credit instead so I had to make a seperate transaction for the wrapping paper i bought. When i eventually got to checking out the amount on the voucher was $6.65 and the shoes were $7. This was because of the discount card used for the first pair i bought. So I had to pay the extra which is no biggie but such an inconvenience as i couldn't use the voucher! Far out. Kmart i love you but please stop making it so difficult 😑😁 end of rant..
