Truly the worst customer service I have ever come across and frankly shocked by my experience at Chemist Warehouse Aspley this morning. Looking through the reviews, looks like I’m not the only one who has been on the receiving end of the utterly rude, disrespectful customer service and attitude by the young, blonde pharmacist I was told her name was Grace but unsure if they gave me the correct name when asked.nI think this experience was enough to put me off not only shopping from this particular chemist warehouse, but all chemist warehouses in general.nI received demeaning and belittling comments suggesting that I don’t understand anything, sighs, eye rolls, the lot.
Quick to fill pharmacy prescriptions. I deviate to go here over other branches which have taken much longer. Sometimes orders need to be placed for out-of-stock medicine, but they are quick to inform about collection. Click and Collect service is also very efficient. Pharmacists have also been very helpful and willing to assist.
My recent experience at Chemist Warehouse Aspley was highly disappointing and concerning. I visited the store to have a prescription filled, a medication I've been getting consistently at various Chemist Warehouse locations for over a year, always in 20mg tablets.nHowever, to my shock, upon receiving my medication, I discovered they had provided me with 10mg tablets instead. Suspecting an error, I consulted my doctor, who confirmed that the prescription indeed specified 20mg. It was a clear mistake on the part of the chemist.nReturning to the same store with the medication untouched, I hoped for a swift resolution. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness from the clerk, who continuously insisted that they filled the prescription based on what was written, implying it must have been for 10mg. Despite my repeated assurances about the prescription's accuracy, the clerk remained adamant.nEven after bringing the matter to the attention of the pharmacist, the response was shockingly inadequate. I was told there would be no refund or exchange, and the only solution offered was to simply take twice the dosage. This disregard for patient safety and well-being is utterly unacceptable.nFurthermore, when I requested to verify the prescription, I was met with the excuse that they don't keep records—a blatant disregard for standard protocol and legal obligations prescriptions must be kept for 2 years.nThe clerk's suggestion that I should have requested double-checking from the pharmacist before purchase is both insulting and ludicrous. Ensuring the correct medication is dispensed is a fundamental responsibility of any pharmacy.nIn the end, I was left out of pocket for the wrong medication and with no resolution from Chemist Warehouse Aspley. Their refusal to acknowledge fault and their apparent negligence regarding prescription records represent a significant breach in patient safety.nIt is deeply concerning to contemplate the potential consequences of such errors, especially for more vulnerable individuals. I will never return to this location and would caution others against doing so until they prioritize patient safety and accountability.
I come in here all the time to pick out new fragrances and they are always free to help~ Very friendly and best prices for colognes~ The collection is growing fast! Might be in there today ;
