I visited in-store today and made several purchases across different departments and customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Alison in bedding - very friendly and super helpful. Phil from furniture and Josh in TV's were also very personable and knowledgeable with their assistance. Five star service!

Great store, lots of helpful staff that are not pushing for a sale, vast range of indoor and outdoor furniture, bedding, electrical goods, computers, flooring, rugs etc. Prepare to spend a fair bit of time here as there's lots to look at and it is a big store. Parking is opposite the store and mostly under cover. We recently purchased a stick vacuum cleaner and a front loader washing machine from here and it was a good hassle free experience, would definitely shop here again.

Harvey Norman at Aspley never fails. We drive a long way to go there just because of its excellent customer service, very professional staff, great bargains a huge collection of items. Very impressed with the service if Narinder who helped us today to buy a freezer and a fridge.

Waited around for ages to get service. I was about to walk out when finally a team member approached, however they were disinterested and very unenthusiastic. I was glad a manager came by to "see how things were going" and took over. This was a disappointing experience overall and surprising as I've found service at other HN stores in the past to be generally very good.

Staff in the white goods/entertainment section are great. Will never return for furniture shopping though. Had 3 specific trips for furniture there in 2 years. 2 of those were awful experiences. Overbearing, condescending rude woman. I think it was same woman on both occurences.
