One of the biggest and full of variety Harvey Norman stores. A huge list of items varying from electronics to furniture. Some very attractive deals found and couldn't resist to buy them.nStaff at the furniture area was not seen, hence quite disappointed within that section. On the contrary, a very helping and smiling customer service person looked after us in the electronics section.nOver all 5* for the environment.n3.5* for the service.nImportant; visit this store when you have plenty of time. It takes atleast couple of hours to look at most of the items.

Very helpful, very professional and very efficient. The staff there were all over it and even price matched on the item I was buying. The store is absolutely HUGE! I will certainly go back here for anything, I mean anything to do with household items.
It's a Harvey Norman... it is one of the bigger shops, lots of showroom equipment to view and bucket loads of options. Spoke to Ethan today, and he was very helpful and very matter of fact, which I appreciate. He could answer just about any question we gave him, and he was straight to the point. If you are looking for anything home related, here is a good start. Had a sausage sizzle out front, not sure how often that is, but very helpful with the little one tagging along.
Jason is definitely passionate about offering an extension range of designs and rug sizes at this store. The staff all seem to be very friendly and helpful.nnThis store has a vast range is sizes in art silk rugs. These rugs are not easily found in our rug stores so I will add the photos of these rugs just to let you know that this Romance rug range exists. There are several size options and 4 designs and Jason currently has a good range of choices available.nnNot everyone will love art silk rugs but others absolutely love the shades and play of tone and shades that comes with the natural sheen of these hand-made art silk rugs.nnPlease check with Jason or Doug because they might have leeway to do a better price on some items depending on stock and season.nnFor example, at the moment Dec 2021their art silk rugs are almost HALF price which makes them great value. And no, I don’t get any commission if you buy one! Haha… nnThey also have more contemporary, main stream design rugs too.nnLet’s keep supporting local stores. I think it can be easy to forget to go to Harvey Norman for floor finishes but I recommend you consider going for a visit.nnI particularly like the large scale display of vinyl and hybrid floor finishes and the affordable and extensive range of large rugs available.nnFriendly customer service. Well done Jason and team.
