Turned up on Saturday 16 April to get text brooks for student to start at new school on Tuesday. Website says open until 2pm. Sign on window says closed over whole Easter period. Would be nice if you cared enough about your customers to update your website. We drove down from Caboolture. Not happy.

They are pretty bad at communicating to the customer if an item has arrived even if you have paid for said item. Wasnt happy with their service by one of their staff who spoke quite rudely to me over the phone. Basically said it wasn't her job to let customers know if purchased items are going to be late. Needless to say I will be talking to the school about changing suppliers if that's how they treat customers.

I have used MK Educational for over 8 years as a supplier of school texts, and library books and this year, used them for a whole-school stationery orders for 600+ students. Nothing was too much trouble. Their advice regarding products was excellent and delivery was prompt, professional and organised.

Very underwhelming customer experience. I made an order off their website and selected for supplies to be posted. Payment was taken and I waited a week before contacting them to ask when I expected to receive the package. "Oh, you left it too close to starting school so we aren't posting it, you'll have to come and collect." Postage had already been billed At a minimum I would have wanted to receive a phone call or an email to tell me that I needed to collect instead of me having to call to find this out. So going in to collect and receive a refund for postage already billed I find that they processed my credit card on the terminal by hand. I enquired on how the card data was collected, stored and after payment if it had been destroyed being mindful of card data PCI security and fraud risk. "We're DETE approved luv" This is a department policy, nothing I can find has anything to do with credit card card anti fraud security 2 star rating because they have stock at decent prices in a centralised purchase location. Poor service and disdain for the customer seems to be a standard for this business. Take your business elsewhere.

bad staff, bad quality! I hated my experience, i hate to be soo negative but i dont understand why my school choose this store, i am very glad to be leaving that school to a better school, not just because of the stationary supply store but for the workbooks, Firstly, the staff are horrible, when we went there they charged us 50 dollars more then we were suppose to pay, i went there again and they denied everything, the staff were rude and wouldn't help me when needed just denied, denied , denied Secondly, the stock is terrible, the textbooks, workbooks horrible. I had to wait many weeks after school had started to recieve my textbooks and im still waiting, i am very mad about the experience, mad about the staff, mad about how i spent more then i was suppose to and very mad about how long i' ve been waiting for. hopefully you take the advice and try to fix your store issues

Very racist and unhelpful staffs. Dont know why my kids' school choose this store. The old one was way better than this. The staffs don't even know when the stuffs they run out will come. Oh what a experience.

Very bad service. Old Lady at the counter is very rude. I can't believe even know we see this type of service in Australia

Never again.... I would like to acknowledge the efforts of two staff members. However I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and hostility demonstrated by a staff member during my recent encounter.

Great little store. Had everything i meeded for school supply list in stock, wonderful staff very friendly and helpful.

They did my sons book pack in a week, nothing missing and friendly service
