I spent 4 days in the hospital last week. I turned up at 7am on Saturday and was seen in reasonable time. I couldn't fault any part of my stay. Nurses were kind,helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The same occurred in the ward. Doctors were wonderful, Scotty the wardsman was great too. Food was very good. I've been in private and public hospitals and Kingaroy was one of the best. The only thing that disappointed in was seeing nurses doing extra time on their shifts. They work hard enough now.nThankyou to all who took care of me.
Visited Emergency Dept early on 16 Oct, transferred to inpatient ward 16-17 Oct , with suspected heart condition & extreme blood pressure.nStaff set about with urgency to assess my condition, retrieve files from Bris hosp/specialist & offer treatment. Unknown to me my case was critical & no stone was left unturned to have it remedied .Apparently I was verging on a stroke. After sustained effort, my situation modified enough to be placed in general ward for overnight monitoring.nBy morning all symptoms had modified suffice to allow discharge by late afternoon.nI have total admiration for all staff who performed their duties under what was apparently, at times, to be extreme pressure - always a friendly smile & cheerful greeting. Many thanks for a job well done.nFinally, a big thank you to the Ambassador staff who directed my wife to the local taxi service and who also shepherded us past a developing police incident late Friday afternoon.nKingaroy, you have a community facility to be duly proud of.
I was sitting around in the waiting room for 3-5 hours just for blood test results for one of my siblings and they let people who were completely fine go but someone who we saw that was in so much pain that the couldn't sit, lay or even stand without pain and they looked pretty old.nThey aren't as great as they sound and look, the prioritize some over others.
Son and his mate up there from 9.30 till 1.30 waiting for results that they had. Then made him take a tetnus shot which is mRNA now which causes turbo cancer and thrombosis. I see the choppers coming in daily. it's a death camp.
I Was taken to Kingaroy Hospital from Nanango Hospital. I Can't fault any of the staff.Nurses amazing on all 3 shift. DOCTORS Didn't muck around. Thank you all very much.
