I love Jimmy Grants chips and go there for them pretty often. Last time I went to the one outside Eastland the lady who served me was so nice and even gave me a student discount so I paid $4.40 for a half chips. Today I went and walked in the only customer there and the lady at the till didn’t even look at me until about a minute after I walked in. I asked for a half chips with a little bit more fetta and she charged me full price plus a dollar more for extra fetta. She then left the chips on the serving window for me to collect myself and when I asked where the takeaway knifes and forks were she rolled her eyes and pointed in some random direction for me to collect myself. The chips are also undercooked with not that much fetta even though I obviously paid extra. Very sad considering I usually love them. Unfortunately won’t be going back there again after this experience :(

Went there for dinner last night to be told they had run out of chicken and dim sims. We wanted to order the $59 meal for four. Which was 250grams lamb 250grams chicken. Being they ran out of chicken we wanted all lamb. Which was told sorry management won’t allow to give all lamb. Sorry you can’t order that meal even though we have run out off chicken you can’t make it 500grams lamb. Staff members was quite a smart ass about. It was my first time as was not impressed wont give it a second chance. So good bye we walked out and went to our regular Greek restraunt Meat me in oakliegh

Watched the staff touch their hair/clothes and then use involved unwashed hands to make my food... Also took three orders made after mine til mine was ready? A little grossed out... Food was really good... And the staff were really nice though.

I travel extensively globally and regionally. Singly the worst restaurant ever. Order wrong and not delivered, licensed restaurant not a single bottle of white wine in the house, no offer to get one or allow any form of way to bring one. Was happy to pay a premium if needed. Was a special event that was made a major ordeal.

While the food was fine the service was bad, we waited at the sign that said please wait to be seated and two of the staff members looked at us and didn't approach us or acknowledge us, so we waited a little more and than they came to us. Also when ordering a meal at 6:30 pm before peak time, we were told two items that we wanted was already sold out off (one was chicken so a main part of a meal and it wasn't busy in the restaurant as well ) and they didn't provide us with an alternative. We weren't the only ones left feeling disappointed, as a couple near us came in sat down and left after a while without eating, due to poor service and them selling out of food. I didn't order the almighty souva as i thought for the price and name it would be huge, but turned out being the size of a normal one and original is actually small.
