Don't roll you're eyes at me owner man! Went here for dinner on a Sunday evening at around 8pm, upon our arrival the owner saw us approaching and rolled his eyes and threw down his cleaning cloth. Perhaps because they were planning on closing? However the signs indicate that your store is open 'til late' which to me and most of the general public that would mean you're open to at least 10pm? How can you get annoyed at having patrons arriving at 8pm? Either change your sign, or change your hours. He was quite rude, and rolled his eyes when we were asking a few questions about the menu, sorry for taking up too much of your time sir. The food was rushed, and was on our plates within 5 mins of ordering, and you could tell that no care had been taken. Underwhelming.... change your sign, or change your attitude.

SUPER FRIENDLY OWNER AND STAFF !!, very polite and well mannered. The salt and pepper calamari is better than ever. Thanks for the good food and awesome service i would give you more than 5 stars if i could.

Meals were quite big...am not complaining 😂... Only faults were that the calamari was chewy... everything else was beautiful...and that batter... damn... beautiful

There we were in Ringwood tonight, killing time while hubby did a client interview. Hungry, my tween daughter and I popped into a cafe where I was horrified at the prices ($35 for a serve of gnocchi?!!) Katie then persuaded me to go to Hunky Dory and I figured I'd at least get something cheap if not particularly nutritious. Well I was wrong on one point! I'm on a fairly strict and restrictive diet and struggle to eat out, with many dishes drenched in oil and butter, deep fried or highly spiced. I was pleasantly surprised at the options on offer! I had the most SUBLIME Mediterranean grilled fish, calamari and prawns with Greek salad - a huge serve and it was $16.60! The fish was melt in the mouth tender, while the calamari and prawns were divine. Even the salad was perfectly balanced and delicious. Overall our two meals and two drinks cost the grand total of $31.60 - bargain! Not to mention the cheerful and entirely likeable waitress Danica and her male cohort (sorry, I didn't get his name) and the FAST service with the FRESHEST food!!! I am completely addicted and looking for any excuse to return!
