ABSOLUTELY disgusting service, from both employees and manager. We booked a table for 8 people in which we were told it was reserved. The manager spoke very poorly and down to us because he put customers in our booked tables. So much for customer is always right. I’m absolutely appalled. Then being kicked out of our tables, off to grilld we go! Thanks for ruining a birthday Nandos Eastland😡

Very poor service. At the beginning we were we had to wait 15 mins for the whole chicken, ended up waiting more than half an hour. Brought us the food but the forks and knives were dirty and when asked for clean ones they didn't have them. Had to wait another 10 mins for clean cutlery!!! very disappointing!
