Great food and excellent sevice. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Zero Gradi Ice cream is of premium quality. One of the best in Melbourne! Can’t wait to go back!

Food portions were small and the carbonara was extremely oily, there was like a centimetre of oil at the bottom of the bowl. Had to ask a few times to get a drink, and our entree never came out. Asked a waiter about it they never came back. Very very overpriced, $9.50 for a beer. Definitely not going back

Went to pay the cheque for the regular overpriced drinks, got ignored for ten minutes before they decided to serve someone else first, despite another customer pointing out I was next. I voiced my concerns and fell on deaf ears.

The food was well presented and, overall, very delicious. A little bit on the pricey side (for $30-$35 mains). The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely, and the restaurant itself was clean and neat. Located in Eastland's new Square across from the station, it is in a location that is very easy to get to.

Beautiful food and great for the family. Waiting times will increase at peak times, but overall a Bellissimo experience for the true Italians at heart.
