Good staff, good subway, no problems

Asked for a coffee meal and told by one of the employees that it is available. But in the end what happens?!?! There's no deal....... Quality is good but the customer service need attention.

Worst customer service ever! Said my card declined so I was forced to pay on a different card and they double charged me! I went to them to ask for refund on one of them and the man was super rude, treating me like I was dumb saying it will go back onto my account and refused a refund. Really annoyed, will not be going back anytime soon and will tell everyone about the horrible service!!

Veggie Footlong tastes horrible. I tried twice, thinking second time it would be better. but no change. Avoid if you can.
