Excellent service from Ian in TV area.  I thought it would be a lazy Tuesday shop but suddenly all these people needed help including me and Ian was patient and worked some decent deals with me.  Attentive and focused. (Ian might be Leigh sorry?!)

If it's electronic these guys have it.. Vacuums, TV's, laptops, DVDs, music, phones and action cameras to name a few.. Jackson and Leigh are the best guys to deal with from my experience.

Pretty bad! Went here to price match a watch that a Melbourne store said they could do easily, 30 mins later, after a pathetic amount of phone calls, it returned a negative and the best price they could give was 10 dollars off. Melbourne said yes though!

Worth the drive, great stock. Staff went above and beyond in my TV selection. Also purchased a coffee machine after great advice.

Poor customer service. Purchase two Samsung Note 8 Phones and asked about a price match. (since they advertise this policy) The assistant was quite rude and augmentative about matching the price of the items, almost like she was doing me a favour. 

I explained I was only enquiring and I would gladly go somewhere else if they wanted. To be fair she did manage to get me some discount.

In addition on the way out of the store the security on the door thinks its ok to treat you like a thief and check your bags. I don't play this game, so I said no. I understand they would have problems with stealing. However, I am getting tired of being treated like a criminal just because a fraction of a percent of the population is untrustworthy. 

Perhaps its time for JB-HiFi to offer some customer service instead of treating customers like they are a pest/thief.
