Good sized store with a great array of tech.nThe service is questionable depending on who you get but generally, fine enough.nnTheir largest downfall however is the cleanliness. I have been in here multiple times and it never appears as though they have cleaned at all. The demos are just gross. It’s hard to capture in images but it’s apparent that they are never wiped down or even dusted. All of the tvs have a thick layer of dust on their base. The floors are always covered in random debris - most of which is large enough to pick up but rather looks like it’s been kicked under the displays.nIt’s a real shame as I’ve always been keen to try out your new demos but it’s just a bit too gross for me…
Jed was super helpful when I came in for a new washing machine, they don’t keep any in stock but he organised to get one delivered and installed next day to my home. He was kind, attentive and made the whole process a lot easier. Thank you Jed :
Today I had the best experience that I've had in any store during the many years that I've shopped at JB Hi-Fi.nKristian was professional, friendky, knowledgeable on products and was more than willing to take the time to go through the camera range until we found one that suited my budget and needs. He was absoluely brilliant.nI have forwarded his name on to several friends and family members in the hope that they too can recieve the same level of service as I was given today.nI'm planning to purchase some accessories and more lenses, and will happily wait to be served by Kristian.nWhat an asset to your team!
Today I had the best jb hi fi experience ever. I came into the tweed store loved its new layout, Maliki served me straight away, I was after a popular sim special. I can't walk, he pointed me to a seat, walked all over the store and found a sim for my needs. I was sore and on crutches- I'd give him 6 stars if i could - thanks Maliki your service is 1st class
I’ve worked in business for a long time and Hayden would have to be one of the best displayers of customer support and care I’ve come across. Cheers for your help and see you next time
