Lovely long established site with facilities being updated to  high standard. Men’s block renovated 2025 , women’s under renovation but en-suites available in the meantime and great new mineral swimming pool. The owner went out of his way to show us where to go in the town and was very friendly.nnI can’t understand what the negative reviews are about, we found the paper record keeping quaint, not irritating as some seemed to, and the free wifi one of the best speeds in our 2 month trip.nYes there are some permanent  sites as there are on many campsites here in Aus and also in Europe, but why is this a problem?! People were friendly, and everyone has to live somewhere.

This place has no safety aspect completely open to anyone who wants to come in and use facilities as they are left open all night with no door locks or codes needs to be updated to the 20th century power supply was just a extension cord draped over the fence had to be escorted to the site as they don’t use maps or modern methods locals came through at 2:20am screaming blue murder torches flashed in and around our tent we packed up and left at 3am as police refused to do anything saying the person had mental health issues

Not even worth 1 star man was rude condescending and sexist. He continued to yell at my husband while trying to park van and then proceeded to tell me to get my husbands lunch. The park is cramped with serious safety issues example many uneven surfaces, broken unevconcrete. Amenwere old and dirty. He asked us to leave as we had been overheard saying how un happ we were. We are travelling around Australia and have never had an issue before and have never met such a disgusting manager. There are also several dodgy permanents we did not feel safe. He did refund our money but only after a discussion.  AVOID THIS PLACE

Easy drive through site. Good open area with clothes lines. Amenities are A++. Were not expecting the high standard of toilet block.
