We had the family room. It was great. The breakfast Cafe was right out side our room, just a few stepsaway. Also very convenient location to town. There was also a food mart a short walk way. With everything you will need for your stay, also amazing service at the food mart. Definitely recommend
Louise and Shane the managers were the perfect hosts and they did everything possible to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I was greeted by Louise when I went into reception upon our arrival and what a lovely, warm women she is. The rooms were spotless, very spacious and the location is great and very quiet. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
We stayed overnight on our way North and found this to be the perfect place for us; generous sized, clean room, easy access and perfect location close to the park, river, and centre of this old Australian township with a long history. And a restaurant with an amazing menu as well as an early morning cafe are part of the motel. We will come back to it, I am sure, and recommend it without any hesitation!

Room was clean but lack of bedside reading lamp was disappointing. We emailed prior to travelling to ask for the best way to get to the motel from the railway station - no response was sent. Reception was mostly unstaffed in advertised hours so that was problematic. Location was good. Will look elsewhere on my next visit.
