We stayed overnight on our way North and found this to be the perfect place for us; generous sized, clean room, easy access and perfect location close to the park, river, and centre of this old Australian township with a long history. And a restaurant with an amazing menu as well as an early morning cafe are part of the motel. We will come back to it, I am sure, and recommend it without any hesitation!
Great room overlooking the pool area. Comfortable bed and pillows gave a good night's rest. Restaurant and Cafe provided great meals thanks to the chefs. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming with terrific service.
Great, friendly place to stay. The best in Maryborough. Ifnyou are looking for a quality meal, Sails the onsite restaurant has great food and service. If you are looking for breakfast you can't go past the Cafe for a lovely start to the day. We will definitely be back.
Highly recommended! Loved the check in, hospitality, comfortable room, everything you should need facilities and location. There is also a restaurant on site and pub serving food over the road. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Two things that are the most important to me are cleanliness and a comfy bed.nOur room was spotless and the bed was amazing!!! But the biggest bonus.....it was a KING. I love my hubby but I also love being able to sleep comfortably without clinging to the edge all night nThe single chairs were also super comfy which we weren't expecting. So that was great to sit down and do some work on the laptop rather than at the table.nOne other little extra surprise was the popper sized milk provided for coffee/tea.nI get so frustrated with other places that give you the silly little things that barely hold a tablespoons worth of milk. Another tick for thoughtfulness.nIt might just be a place to crash for most travellers but you really do need a great night's sleep when travelling and that is exactly what we got.nA+++++
