Today we bid farewell to Maryborough Queensland.nPeople have been absolutely amazing, especially the family who owns Maryborough City Motel.nThey have gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Micheal was an absolute pleasure to chat to, such a beautiful person. If we ever come back to Maryborough we will be staying there again.
Michael & Sonya were friendly & helpful during my stay here. They went above & beyond while I was having car issues. I'm very grateful thank you nAs soon as I walked into my room, my first impression was “A home away from home feeling” .nThe room was spacious, very clean & comfy.nThere was a large Tv as well as complimentary water & milk stocked in the fridge but the best part of my stay was the shower that felt like it was giving me a massage & to top that off, the towels smelt absolutely amazing and it really did feel like home while I stayed here & was exactly what I needed after a very long, tiring day of driving & the car issues I ended up having.n5 Stars and above nThank so much Michael and Sonya I will most definitely be back real soon nSo sorry for the delay on my review also,
Room was well laid out and clean. Travelling from Brisbane traffic noise was not an issue. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Would stay there again and would recommend.
Clean and tidy, very helpfull staff.nMy employees have stayed here while working in maryborough.nIv had to cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very understanding.nDefinitely recommend.
Michael and Sonya were friendly and they reopened their office at nearly 9pm to take my last minute booking. They were the most helpful motel I’d talked to in Maryborough. They checked I had eaten dinner and had options if I hadn’t.nThe facilities are clean, and the room temperature was perfect a hard effort in QLD - for a Tasmanian!. I felt safe as a solo, female, traveler. A great value, clean and tidy stopover on a long highway!nnGreat, above expected, customer service - really appreciated!
