I am not sure if this motel is a new build or has been refurbished but it is in excellent condition. It is clear the owners put a great deal of effort into keeping the place clean and tidy. The trees and plants around the place are well tended to and make sitting outside the rooms in the evening even more pleasant. The rooms are spotless and the outside areas are all nicely painted and well maintained. The owner, Imre was really nice and made us feel very welcome. They have small little details in the motel such as mints by the bed etc that just show they have a real passion for keeping the personal touch. We didn't go in the pool but it looked clean and tidy. We didn't eat at the motel albeit food is available to order. I would expect it would be good if the rest of the place is anything to go by. There is a cafe literally next door that served good food. I would highly recommend this place for anyone passing through Maryborough and if I ever pass through the town again it is where I will be staying. Michael-Manchester UK

Fantastic little place, rooms were very clean and tidy. The hospitality was the best I have reviewed since being in Australia and would recommend th Cara Motel to anyone staying or passing through Maryborough.

Good 24 7 service wouuld recommend if another motel stitchs you up at 2 in the morning

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay and the room we stayed in was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were also clean. Rita and Imre were welcoming and great hosts.
