Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken royal mini and chips without salt. Got 2 cheeseburgers and a Cheeseburger mini and chips without salt. Some might say oh no problem but as I don’t like red meat it was a problem. I had just left hospital and had been nil by mouth so didn’t feel like cooking when I got home so called in for a quick bite. Yes a bun with pickles and sauce. Also gave the meat to cat and he wouldn’t eat it either. I wonder why I never go there if they cannot get orders right.

Absolutely appalling, staff were not pleasant and the ladies bathroom only had one cubicle working and it was soiled... I spoke to the staff and informed them and they done nothing, I repeated myself that the bathroom needed attendance and she replied with, yeah I heard you.... If only these stores trained people in people skills and effective communication...

Of course I was really hungry when I visited.  
I got filled up with a token 10 bucks.  
I got to see dedicated staff, though the food was a bit delayed.  It was worth the wait.

Worse Hungry Jacks Around. Run by disrespectful kids with bad attitudes and no customer service skills. Burger was deconstructed in its box. Chips cold. Asked for frozen coke as drink for meal, they charged for the meal and for the frozen coke! Filthy table seats and floors. Just disgusting.

ordered 2 chicken royales without chicken (as im a vegetarian) and was charged for 3 chicken royales. rudely told to park and waited for 6 minutes and received cold fries, and a chicken royale with the chicken patty on it!! wasted my money .😡
