Ordered medium chips. It was served to me half full, so I went back and questioned if this was right. Was told straight-faced by the guy serving the chips that, 'it's a new policy because workers were over filling the chips and that's how they come now.' So I waited 5 minutes and ordered a small from the app. Got more in a small. Young fella is either going to be a great actor one day or welfare bound. Will never go to this Maccas on principal again, and honestly, I haven't been back to any Maccas since early December.

Guys, I’ve tried to call 20+ times to speak with some one and solve this.nnI ordered my food via the app just the way you like only to be told there’s no eggs.nnFine. I get that happens. But then instead of plain sausage you just canceled that part of my order.nnOk. Little rude but I still get my hotcakes.nnBut these are not hotcakes. They are rock cakes and can only be what I assume are days old. A hydraulic press would have a hard enough time busting through these.nnI’m trying to remain calm. But it’s hard when you’ve made it impossible to contact you. So here we are. Me ranting at the internet when all I wanted was some hotcakes.nnSo thanks I guess. For stealing my money and offloading your old spoiled food for me to throw in the bin.nnThe photo doesn’t do it justice and I couldn’t upload the video where I used them as frisbees.nnKinds regardsnnA satisfied McDonalds customer.

Need good management for the crew to improve workflow. Delivery of food needs improvement. 90% of the time, you're in the waiting bay. Hot freshly cooked meals if I'm parked, please. It's messy to dine in, too. Cleveland needs to be better.

I just had the best iced latte I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. Well done Cleveland McDonald’s I am a very happy boy

Food was great, restaurants clean,  well air conditioned. Sadly, the first time here, I had to go back to counter 3 times for a simple double sausage mcmuffin with bacon meal. Overall, I'm happy that I just didn't need the less than service on first day of year when it wasn't even busy
