Hopeless. Got my order wrong then told me it was my fault. Then told me I had to pay another $3 to get what I asked for even though the price difference was 12 cents. They only had to give me a slice of pineapple, instead I got a refund and they threw the burger in the bin. Never again

Very hit and miss here, always something wrong with the order. You just cannot compare Mos burger Australia to Mos burger Japan. Really need to focus on customer service and getting the orders correct. Until then, you will always be outdone by the bigger chains.

They put way too much soy sauce in the sushi burger, making it way too salty, not healthy at all. It wasn't like that before but now they are all about salty burgers otherwise I used to love their burgers until they make them really salty.
