Hungry Jack's

Not once or twice but every single time we go to this store there is something done wrong, from half the drive through order missing on multiple occasions, rude staff who are barely capable of taking an order and would rather stand there chatting to each other than serve customers when u go in to the counter, Whoever the manager is is either incredibly incompetent themself or really needs to take a look at training their staff better. It’s fast food not rocket science

This store just can't seem to get it right. They only ever try to serve you in drive thru. I've walked out from the front counter area previously when they just weren't interested in taking my order. We only go to hungry jacks because McDonalds don't do onion rings. In drive thru they keep cutting you off and telling you to drive through before you've finished ordering, they don't even confirm that you've finished. Even when you repeat yourself 3 times they get something wrong. I've contacted corporate previously to suggest the store requires retraining all they did was offer a free meal which I did not redeem. The store is getting worse. Double check your order before you leave!

Usualy 5 stars but had to wate 30 minutes for beef burgers due to a machine breakdown. Staff were very apologetic.

Been to this one about four times now. Every time the order has been wrong. This time I ordered a whopper meal and was only handed a burger. They fixed it but yeah. Least it was the right burger this time. Recommend you check your order. Looked into the kitchen and the floor was covered in food waste. Could see under the food stations hadn't been cleaned either. I know it's fast food but come on lift your game guys.

The only thing nice was the chicken chips and potato chips, the toilets were absolutely putrid... Shame when on a trip
