I just had an Ultimate Double Whopper and it was one of the best Ultimate Double Whoppers I've had. I usually order these when I go to Hungry Jack's but all other stores pale into insignificance compared to this burger.  congratulations to the staff it was excellent

My son wanted the new skittle storm. Presentation of the product was poor. I commented that it didn't look like the product, I said there was meant to be skittles.  The girl explained that they are squishy skittles handed me the food and closed the window. I was left still holding the product wondering what I just paid for. There were no squishy skittles on the bottom just a small amount of topping,  a small clump of the squishy on top and a very small amount of topping, red only. The chips were under filled.nThere was also music playing which had swearing and we could hear it clearly through the window and into my car.nNot impressed!

Don’t know how the majority of Hungry jacks forgets they’re in the fast food business. Every order takes them by surprise. And this store takes the cake. Never timely. Staff are rude beyond a joke. Possibly the most hopeless slow food restaurant in Brisbane.

Quite disappointing from today's visit. Not many things positive.nWas not given drink with the order.nStaff let food sit on the side for a while, even though we were waiting for that order, they kept continuing taking orders at the counter.nThe coating on the chicken burger was quite soggy. So goodness knows how long it was left in the warmer until it was used on my order.nBut that was least of what I thought was problems.nThe cleanliness of the toilets and many areas of the restaurant were either unkempt or badly streaked windows and mirrors. Even the main entrance glass door was dirty and streaked. Quite visibly.nShouldn't just showcase the food sold. It should also be the presentation of the place.nnDidn't look like it was cleaned for a while.
