Is my local hungry jacks to me. Is usually quiet and staff are quite friendly.nI tend to rate my food on what they look like in advertising. And most times it is close to what is shown. Yes I gave 5 stars. But that is fast food takeaway level.nFood is made quick and relatively low price, so you should have expectations of dining at the Hilton. They do good food so that brings me back. This is good place to drop in as well if you need to refuel, as it's built into Shell service station.
Hungry Jacks Rocklea, while not the fastest in fulfilling an app order, did provide exactly what was ordered. I arrived to an empty restaurant with no customers in the drive-thru queue. Overall, the correct items were supplied as requested.
The whole restaurant needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The cleanliness is terrible. Plus,have someone clean the toilets, they are disgusting.
If you want to be treated like shit and spoken about on front you while they prepare your food come to this hungry jacks.nThe females working were absolutely disrespectful and rude .nCustomer service and respect definitely lacking at this store.nHire better people please HJS Rocklea.
Couldn't fault anything at all for being third inline through the drive through. Had an online order and everything was amazing always better then McDonald's performance!
