Don't even know how to do BP Gift Card Transactions? Really? And a lady work alone over midnight shift? Is this even legal? Please get trained properly before you can work independently! Don't even try to work a solution, just ignore me! Worst service ever have.

I hate leaving one star reviews because most staff are amazing, this star is for the management team that decided that they would not allow my meal to be heated using a microwave. In an effort to eat healthy and look after my wellness I decided to bring a prepackaged meal and because I'm in the transport industry I don't have the ability to carry a microwave with me. I though beauty I'll see the team at BP Rocklea as BP would support drivers being healthy. I even offered to pay for the use and purchase a drink to go with it. Nope... "We can't heat meals, we are not allowed too." This is 2017... BP Australia it's bloody unacceptable and un Australian. Oh by the way if you had anything at reasonable prices that healthy I'd be happy to buy from you....

I've been coming here for years to buy my once a week "tuckshop". Facilities are always immaculate and the food is reasonable enough to keep coming back as I work around the corner. I always order the hamburger with the lot but their version of a "lot" burger does not include pineapple (yes, the first ive heard of) and so they charge $9.10 for the lot burger which is over $2.50 more then my local seafood shop. Overpriced but reasonable food truck stop. I would go elsewhere but have limited time to get food/eat before my lunch break is over. Food is good but price isn't good at all. Staff are mostly friendly

Truckport and restaurant. A quick hot food. Plenty of seating.
