Scheduled an appointment during my lunch break, was left waiting for so long that I had to leave without being seen.
Terrible staff service. Went in to change over all accounts from St george to ANZ as I was reccomended by a friend who has business acoounts with you, and you are close to my place of work. Got no follow up for a week, then after leaving multiple messages and getting no replies to emails, am told there was an answer a week earlier actually the day I applied and I was not contacted as the person I started the application with Sebastian had gone on holidays, yet he was there that day?!?! Shanecalled on the phone offered next to no help at the start of the conversation informing me "I would have to wait for Sebasatian to come back", yet after I asked more questions, and informed him it is rubbish to expect people to be in limbo for a week, he was able to bring all info up and give me the answer I should have been given earlier Both on the day of application, and at the start of the phone call. Upon informing him I was unhappy with the service as the whole point was to get away from St George due to their service he pretty well said "Ok" and hung up. Guess it's off to the commonwealth bank directly next to you. Your customer service procedures/training seem to need reviewing. Just like any other bank I guess so I'm not surprised.
i couldn't recommend david the branch manager more highly! i had a couple of issues with my mortgage that were nothing to do with him or that particular branch, but he went out of his way to solve the problem for me in person, and kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. couldn't be happier with his level of service.
One of the best banking services in Brisbane. All staff members are very energetic and helpful. Branch Manager Mr. Ofaatu is really nice person. He know the value of customers and avialable all the time to help everyone. Much appreciate.
My history of attending this bank i would average 30 minutes+ waiting to do a simple transaction and that's on a good day. By far the worst bank within the state of queensland. I highly suggest to make the travel to anywhere besides this branch if possible.
ATM TOOK OVER $1000 deposit and failed to deposit it to my account and did not return the cash when this failed. Had to call and wait on the phone for an hour, now have to wait 48hours to sort out
As far as bank braches go this is by far the worst i have experienced. Very slow incompetant tellers that struggle with basic banking tasks. The wait time at this branch is rediculous. 1 or 2 tellers on in peak times. I would avoid at all costs and travel that little bit further to a different branch.
You can serve yourself even without going inside the bank.
