ATM ate my deposit yesterday afternoon. It was 20 mins past closing time but the two ladies from westpac did not just ignore me but they stopped to help me out.  Today the teller was also super helpful even though their system was down.  Thx for caring.  Much appreciated

This is by far the worst bank BRANCH I have ever had the displeasure of entering. I’ve been here multiple times over the past few years and they are rude, incompetent, slow, unknowledgeable, unfriendly, unprofessional and it’s almost lost me as a westpac customer. Also their ATM out the front has charged me $400 withdrawal but didn’t dispense ANY money and it took me over 1hr the next day to get them to investigate and take it seriously. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR BANKING

Good parking place, very good location, but as usual Westpac service always far behind the requirements. My personal opinion to send them the staff to Hong King or China to show how the work should be done and how the customer service should be lol

Not speaking for all of the staff but just one rude staff is enough to warrant this review.

Staff at Calamvale have always been very helpful, friendly and polite, providing a great service for me and my family. Would recommend this branch for your banking needs.

A big thank you and shout out to Serena Song for helping us setting up an account and making plans for our future investment endeavours. Really had a good experience with such a friendly customer service from her.

I am a bit sick of the lack of customer service at this Westpac branch.  2 tellers serving a big lineup of people and another worker at the enquiries desk seemingly doing nothing.  Why can't she work as a teller during the busiest times?  One of the tellers was with a customer for a lengthy period of time which made the lineup very long with 1 other teller effectively serving.  That is when the 3rd worker should have helped.

This branch is super friendly and helpful.  We had order the mortgage discharge though the bank2 weeks, somehow there is miss communication between us and the online service. Then we went to the branch The branch manager had sit us down and get to the bottom of the whole story and solved our problem. Thanks so much

Best experience that I have from any bank is from this westpec calamvale branch. Winnie Oei makes me so happy with her customer service. She is very nice and very cooperative lady. Thanks to whole staff of Westpec Calamvale.
