I had my business listed with SEEK Business and another local broker for a year, but neither provided any real results. I was contacted by Paul Wilkey to see if he could manage the sale process and I am really glad he called me. Not only did he get a sale for my business, but I received a higher than expected price. Almost immediately, we had interested buyers. Paul's professionalism shone through with every interested buyer. Sadly the first few looked like solid buyers, but was not to be. However, the right buyer did come along and Paul was very instrumental in getting the sale over the line by not only assisting me but also the buyers with overcoming various obstacles. His service was above and beyond the call of duty. I believe he earned every cent of his commission through his hard work and diligence. In fact I and the new owners were very happy to invite him along to the dinner I organised with the new buyers and the staff to celebrate the great outcome for all. A very professional Sales Brokering firm. From the first phone contact I knew we were dealing with an experienced sales person. The process of putting together promotional material was very fluent. Within one week we had a sales brochure and launched our Daycare centre with inquiries already coming through.
