Daynes Property have been managing my rental in Brisbane for close to 2 years. They've provided exceptional service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property manager.

Appalling service. Found a rental property online, tried for over a week to contact Daynes, sending multiple emails and calls but no response. I finally got onto Zac through text and organised an inspection. Waited at the property for 40minutes, he never showed up. Tried calling and no answer. Not only did he not show up he never returned my phone call or contacted me apologising for the inconvenience it caused me. This service is appalling. If you ever come across a property listed through Daynes don't waste your time.

Adrian and Zac have kept me up to date with consistent and quality property data. While I haven't had the chance to be a direct client the service they give their customers should be testament to any owner to know that their property is in good hands.
