Second time ordering Cheesy Tangy BBQ loaded fries, and I’ve received Tabasco sauce and NO cheese in them!! This is so bloody spicy. I would’ve ordered the Tabasco one if I wanted it! My receipt has said Cheesy Tangy BBQ both times!nnAnd it was packed into the bag sideways and sauce has gotten everywhere and stained my couch!
Sometimes while waiting for my food in the restaurant, I like to close my eyes and it makes me feel like I'm in a metal ward/hospital. The staff arguing, the fries machine flatlining in the back, not to mention the messy floors and being surrounded by grey monotonous walls that feel like they're closing in.nnThe salt on the fries were crunchier than the actual fries itself, the burger was alright I guess but the real experience is the venue itself. Such an interesting environment to be in past 5pm.nnNobody smiles in there and understandingly so.nIf you want to know how it feels to eat a whooper depressed, come here I guess.
This was the worst Hungry Jack’s I’ve ever been to. The girl working on the microphone around 15/05/26 11:50pm–12:10am was very rude and unprofessional.nnI ordered a Bistro Jack’s Fried Chicken Burger, but I was given a burger with bacon in it instead. When I asked about it, she rudely said that’s how the burger comes. I also ordered a Coke Zero and never received it.nnThe customer service was terrible and the staff attitude was unacceptable. Management seriously needs to train their staff better. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this place again.
Three drinks took 15 minutes to serve. The kiosk says checking with kitchen before the order was confirmed, but still just before service they came out to say they had run out.nnThe place was untidy. The bins were overflowing. The tables were not cleaan.nnThe one saving grace was clean and tidy bathrooms.
My experience at Hungry Jack’s was extremely disappointing and easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had. The restaurant was dirty, with tables covered in crumbs and trash left on the floor. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, barely acknowledging customers and taking a very long time to prepare orders despite the restaurant not being busy. When my meal finally arrived, the burger was cold, poorly assembled, and missing ingredients that were clearly listed on the menu. The fries were soggy and tasted as if they had been sitting for hours. To make matters worse, the drink machine was out of several options and the dining area had not been cleaned for a long time. Customer service was equally poor, as employees showed little concern when I raised my concerns. Overall, the food quality, cleanliness, and service were far below expectations, and I would not recommend this Hungry Jack’s location to anyone.
