This is the 3rd time we have been there & its absolutely disgusting!! There wasn’t any management & had to wait for 20 mins for cold chips, no serviettes, toilets were broken & the place was filthy!! Whoever has this Franchise should be put on notice.
Went through the drive thru only to be given a burger that has a wrapper that seemed like it had already been used. The cone was soaked, had some liquid like oil from the bottom of the cone.
The staff have bad customer service they even started eating one of the customers onion rings. They need to learn proper communication skills. Proper staff training is need and less shit talk.
AVOID AT ALL COSTnthis location has consistently disappointed me and others every time i have been in the past couple months. ALWAYS something wrong with the order, ALWAYS something missing, ALWAYS something done incorrectly. purchased 2 biscoff shakes tonight, received the wrong sizes and no biscoff at the bottom or any sauce. just sprinkled on the top. tastes like milk, whereas the garden city location nails my order every time and correctly. these staff are rude and dismissive, and have absolutely no customer service skills when interacting with customers in the drive thru - and the drive thru is always backed up 10+mins, and if you go inside you are waiting 30mins plus while staff are walking around hopeless. needs new management or staff retraining. will be going the extra couple kms to a different location seriously do not recommend.
Staff member Lewis, this review is specifically for you. This young man has the most exceptional, friendly, helpful customer service I have ever experienced. I was utterly amazed at his willingness, understanding, and friendly attitude to help me with complex orders. While I stood waiting for our food, which was perfect, exactly what I ordered. I observed that Lewis continued to treat everyone with the same incredible customer service and friendly smile. He even made sure we received our frozen drinks and iced coffee first so they didn't melt while waiting for our order. As a mum of three little ones, while having a difficult day with a migraine, this absolutely made the biggest difference to my day. Lewis, thank you! Whichever career path you choose, you will be incredibly successful, I am certain of that.nnAs an added plus, the food was freshly cooked, and the entire Hungry Jack's was beautifully clean, including tables, the floors, the playground, and the toilets. Mind you, this was all during peak hour lunch rush on a Saturday!
