The store manager with the terrible fake tan doesn’t know how to operate a drive through. Further she will clear your order before you even get your food. I have no had enough time to lodge a complaint and this feedback and I am still waiting.nnFurther last time I ordered there was egg shell in my egg. I think two bad experiences is enough for me not to return.
I found an egg shell in my bacon egg mcmuffin. Surely the cooks realise the egg shell is cooking with the actual egg as it is a whole different color, but they don’t seem to take it out and serve it instead. This is disgusting.
This Mc Donald’s has to probably got to be the worst I’ve ever receivednnJust ordered off Door Dash. I paid $40.00 for a large burger meal & nuggets & 2 drinks.nnI legit just got no sauces with my nuggets, asked for no cream on my frappe. But it’s visible there’s been cream on my frappe that they’ve just scraped off which missing half the frappe drink.nnLook at the photos, it’s a joke. I legit have no chips AND No Drink! What the hell is going on.nnThis is appalling. Worse Mc Donald’s in Brisbane. Train your staff properly and read the orders correct. So unbelievable that it’s actually laughable. What a joke.
Every table was dirty, floor was disgusting, outside the front door greasy and disgusting. Bins full. Asked one of the 5 staff standing behind the counter if they could wipe down a table and they turned their backs to me.nnChips over salted. Hamburger thrown together with way too much sauce/s. Bag of food flung at us.nGreat experience - NOT
Pretty shocking service here by the tall dude with curly hair 11/10/24. Ordered a large meal which is like $20 now??. Chips were only half full... asleep of I could have some more and the dude just told me they were at the bottom of the bag. Yea like 3 fries dude... thanks another reason I don't goto mcdonalds often anymore... rip-off!
