05.07.2025 Cleanest McDonald's in Brisbane! Small restaurant with drive through. Food came quickly and was hot. Toilets clean. Restaurant clean and tables regularly cleaned. Lots of parking at front but must watch out for cars!
There is a magician hiding in the roof of this place. I placed a drive through order, quarter pounder with chips and some extras. Was told to wait in the drive through wait bay as it was busy. Food eventually came out and so I did the classic little check of the bag and by some miracle there were 5 bag chips chilling at the bottom of the bag, but get this, no chips. I don't understand how this situation came to fruition. Somehow a little team of chips entered my bag but the medium chips for the meal did not. Was the medium chips in there originally but then removed by said magician at this store? Leaving the lone band of chips at the bottom to fend for themselves? Do bags at this store spawn with bag chips regardless of the order? I don't know how I'm perplexed. I went back in after my drive through to ask where me chips were, and the issue was quickly corrected. Unless there is a magician how the heck did those chips get into the bag without any chips in the bag? This needs to be studied.
Time to let go whoever was working on the 21st of June at 1:30am because are not fit to be serving customers or representing any business.nnThey left half of the items out of the order without refunding. How can you not be able to read an order for your own place of worknnAnd then this was their attempt at masterfully crafting a chicken sandwich.nnNo straw for drink, no McFlurry, no frappe just really awful. And the food was cold and gross. Coffee tasted horrible
COOK THE HASH BROWNS. Geez they are always soggy floppy and oily. The paper is stuck to the oil on the Hash. It’s not hard guys.. train your staff better and you won’t get as many complaints. Maybe. Wasted $$$
They came out quickly, but I was missing things from my order! I was treated disrespectfully by a worker and called entitled, she was bitching to other costumers about myself and my family! After when we got there we had to clean an entire corner to be able to take a seat, no workers came to help! As I was eating the working came over to my table when I was still eating and while there was a massive mess all over maccas! We spoke to the manager but I personally don’t think nothing will be done about this! This worker was yelling and screaming at us when we were talking to her with a normal tone! They also filled the drinks half way! Not happy!
