I am 45 years old, so a 'take away drive through' isn't new to me! But what I experienced last night Friday 26th December 2025 @10pm is frankly beyond explanation!nnThe fact that not one staff member not even the manager could explain to me why it took 27 mins to receive a BASIC 'Feed for four' meal with 3 cheese burgers, 1 big mac, 4 cokes, 4 chips & nuggets, is INSANE!!!n~ Insanely frustratingn~ Insanely disrespectfuln~ Insanely unprofessionaln& probably most importantly, INSANELY EMBARRASSING for your store!nnI think it would be a GREAT idea to DOUBLE check that there are no orders sitting on the counter to be taken to the car in the waiting bay BEFORE you send the arrogant, young, male staff member that took my order & payment outside to smoke 'a vape' right infront of my car.nnI can understand that it was boxing day, & am grateful that your store was open, but TRUTHFULLY ~ DO BETTER!!!!

5/5 of our last orders have had major mistakes. I have been patient and understanding of service workers my whole life. Maccas VP could stuff up a a simple soft single soft serve cone order. The mangers should be sacked because they aren’t training their staff

Had a great experience at Maccas this morning around 11am. The guy who served me was absolutely amazing very helpful, friendly, and genuinely nice. He made the whole experience pleasant and welcoming, which really stood out. Excellent customer service and a great start to the day. Thank you!

There is a magician hiding in the roof of this place. I placed a drive through order, quarter pounder with chips and some extras. Was told to wait in the drive through wait bay as it was busy. Food eventually came out and so I did the classic little check of the bag and by some miracle there were 5 bag chips chilling at the bottom of the bag, but get this, no chips. I don't understand how this situation came to fruition. Somehow a little team of chips entered my bag but the medium chips for the meal did not. Was the medium chips in there originally but then removed by said magician at this store? Leaving the lone band of chips at the bottom to fend for themselves? Do bags at this store spawn with bag chips regardless of the order? I don't know how I'm perplexed. I went back in after my drive through to ask where me chips were, and the issue was quickly corrected. Unless there is a magician how the heck did those chips get into the bag without any chips in the bag? This needs to be studied.
