Not being familiar with the suburb, but needing a quick bite, I saw Domino's and because of excellent service at many different Domino's outlets over many years, thought it would be easy and quick enough to walk in and order, but that was not to be. My order was a simple large vegetarian on a thin base, I gave my name, paid, and sat there to wait. After 15 minutes and not seeing my name on the screen I started to worry, and after 30 minutes figured my order was lost and after 45 minutes someone asked me my name and said here's one that's been sitting there a long time with a sort of similar name, do I want it? It was a meat lovers....so I took it and gave it to some young lads outside and went home hungry. Interestingly since then I checked the reviews..... it seems I am not alone.
I made an order through door dash and received an email stating domino’s had confirmed and accepted my order at 10:14pm. To preface, DoorDash stated that domino’s stopped taking orders at 10:25. I understand that it was close to their closing time but they should have declined my order instead of taking my money. Of course it was my own mistake to order so close to their close time but nevertheless, I won’t ever order food online, through an app or in store from this franchise ever again. If you know what’s good for you, you’ll know to do the same.
Horrible customer service with bad communication, tried to make me the customer tell them how to do their job by saying "If you see us making the wrong order tell us" Meanwhile we didn't receive our receipts until the wrong order already came out. Then after trying to resolve this issue they were very hostile and started speaking another language right infront of me which made me feel very uncomfortable. They also felt the need to hold up the other customers by arguing with me when I said they should serve them and I can wait. Also said we can't get a refund on the wrong milkshake because we already took a sip, how are we supposed to know what shake it was without taking a sip? Wouldn't recommend wasting your hard earned money or time on them
Complaint Details: I placed an order with you online at 8:20 pm on 1/11/22. At 9:20 pm I decided to drive down to the store to see what the hold up was as your app said the delivery was due at approximately 8:40. The store was shut down and one of the staff informed me that their delivery driver had broken down and they cancelled my order and decided to shut early. Why did no one reach out to me to let me know? The exact same delivery driver that was there on 1/11/22 drove off today 2/11/22 in the same vehicle so I was lied to. Why would an employee claim not to be the manager on 1/11/2022, then was pointed out by another staff member on 2/11/2022 to be indeed the manager? The Moorooka Dominos take no responsibility, are rude and told me it's the head office's problem, not theirs. If I simply had received a call to let me know that it was cancelled I would have been slightly annoyed but okay. I find the procedures that followed totally unacceptable, disrespectful and downright deceitful.
Worst service ever. Made an order online 30 mins before the shop closed, got charged but nothing delivered after an hour, tried to make some phone calls but no answer. If you guys don't wanna make it because closing or whatsoever reason, give us a call so we know it's not coming, not let us wait for nothing. Yes, we did get the refund but an hour wasted because the staff is very irresponsible, i don't think a text or a call gonna take more than a minute. If you already closed before the order, so better update your working hours online or closed online orders, just ridiculous.
Ordered online an hour ago, 9pm on a Saturday night, the app just says ‘order processing’ , nobody is picking up the phone. Can’t even cancel the order because it’s still in process. Don’t recommend even bothering eating here read the most recent reviews
I made a scheduled order to pick up at 10pm online. When I was on the way to pick up my order I got a call from one of the staff. The staff said they already cleaned kitchen so they can’t make anything and my order will be refunded, it’s so ridiculous. Why does google map and your website say Domino’s open until 10pm and pick up can be made until 10pm? My Sunday has been ruined and i knew why your google review has 3 stars.
Quick and fast and cheap pizza. Just what you expect. Easy to get to on a bicycle. The car park is a bit of nightmare to get in and out of whenever it’s busy though. I just ride up on a bicycle and it’s too easy
I have ordered pickup and delivery few times and the delivery was quick, but yesterday the dough didn’t taste fresh, cheesy garlic scrolls were definitely old not at all fresh, delivery was late, we fell sick. They have failed to maintain the standards.
I ordered a take way though app. It is already 90 mins but I am still waiting for my order. I can not check the status from the app coz it says estimated unavailable, and the shop never pick up a call. If the phone is not be answered ever, I recon just remove it from the app or google map.
