A very good customer service experience. Hailing from Melbourne, I am used to being served at any restaurant with a smile but on the contrary this wasn’t the case here in Brisbane. We were Served by a sweet girl named Breanne (sorry if I misspelt the name). She has a beautiful smile , pleasant tone and although the cafe was busy, she took time to explain and give us options as we are non meat eaters. Kudos for making our vacation end with a smile. Thank you Breanne and team !

Looks the goods (a bit fancy) but staff can never keep up with general cleaning (tables, bins, bathrooms are always disgusting) cause they appear run off their feet. Always and I mean always have to wait sooooooo long for even small orders. Love a good bit of Macca’s but only ever eat at this particular store as last resort. “Slow food restaurant”

Probably one of the best maccas for service and consistent quality of good. A couple of times our chips were under cooked but most other things are consistent. Playpark is good for our kids. Plenty of room for our family & kept clean.

The food was good, the carpark was spacious and the staff are friendly. Surprisingly enough if you're eating in they even have table delivery too. They have a pretty decent kids play area. I'd give this McDonalds 4 and a half if i could. Only slightly marked down because the muffins I had were slightly burnt. Otherwise everything tasted great.

Girl behind counter busy chatting with friends on other side of counter. Very dismissive of customers whilst slurping on a drink through a straw . No papers. Fairly clean. Would not return again
