As the first Thai restaurant to open in Brisbane, we have been delighting locals with our beautiful, taste tempting Thai dishes since 1986!

Whether you are after takeaway for a cosy night in, want a lovely dining experience for you and that special someone, or would like a group booking to celebrate an event we can cater to your needs.

Great place to catch up with good friends. The food was generally good, but some items such as tofu and duck breat were off tasting and looking.nPad thai noodle was about half cooked and this seemed normal for their cooking style as we had the same issue with its replacement. The staff were friendly, prompt and accommodating.
Food was average, the staff were very lovely and the service was exceptional. Atmosphere was a bit too loud as the tables were crammed into the place. It was like sitting on the persons lap that was next to me. Not a place I would go back to visit.
What an amazing place, combination of excellent service and beautiful, delicious food. The waitress was so helpful in explaining all the different dishes when we couldn’t decide what to have and we weren’t disappointed when her recommendation arrived at our table. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
I had such a wonderful experience at Thai Orchid! The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was excellent — the staff were attentive, always checking up on us, and clearing dishes promptly as we kept ordering more. The drinks were just as impressive, and I really appreciated how the staff dressed so neatly, adding to the overall experience. The atmosphere felt so elegant and welcoming, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend!
What an amazing restaurant. We reserved a table for 10 and it was perfect. Celebrating birthdays over a banquet menu was magnificent.. We could not fault the service, the ambience, and the food was outstanding..A wonderful night with our family and made super special with the attentiveness of an amazing staff. Thank you to you all for making our night so special..
