As the first Thai restaurant to open in Brisbane, we have been delighting locals with our beautiful, taste tempting Thai dishes since 1986!

Whether you are after takeaway for a cosy night in, want a lovely dining experience for you and that special someone, or would like a group booking to celebrate an event we can cater to your needs.

The Cashew nut chicken was delicious! I paid an extra $2 for coconut rice, also delicious. Their lunch special also included soft drink, juice or tea. Overall a good deal for $17. Service with a smile :)

Although it had been a while since we'd eaten at The Thai Orchid the experience was every bit as great as our memory of our last visit. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. We could not fault a single dish. Will look forward to a return visit to this great Thai restaurant soon.

Lovely meal. Attentive staff and nice atmosphere in the restaurant. As there is carpet on the floor, the surrounding noise is not an issue. Enjoyed the meal very much.

Beautiful food, relaxed atmosphere. Service was good and the restaurant was clearly an established business with a great reputation. The Family friendly atmosphere made for a comfortable and relaxed evening. Will certainly be back in the future.
