Ordered a pizza to pick up, but I didn't eat it. After spending 5 minutes not long waiting, my stomach was turning. Totally lost my appetite. The staff are lovely. The shop is grimey, depressing, water/liquid on the floor... gross marks on the kitchen walls. I notice a lot of reviews are for delivery
Made an order last week took 2 hours to arrive, they gave me a code for a pizza and side as an apology tried to use it tonight and it doesn't work, called the store first person couldn't speak English and the second person basically said too bad head office must have stuffed it up, place needs to be closed down. People need to stand together and start a class action lawsuit on these fast food places as it's pure theft what they get away with, edit: just tried to contact heads office but they are conveniently not available anymore.
Second time we ordered on the app and received email confirmation, but the order never come!nnRang the store and they just simply said I can't find your order in system where I have received email confirmation, money was deducted. The person answered the call can't even give you any solution.nnFinger crossed if it happens to you and you will get your money back.nnIt's a shame because most delivery drivers are polite and nice.
I just paid 40 bucks for burnt food and very bad quality the meat lover pizza has hardly no meat.There is about 7 bucks in tax's on the receipt. MY CHILD WONT EAT BURNT FOOD
I ordered a creamy chicken mushroom pizza and this is how it was made. The chicken is all dumped in the middle of the pizza and the mushroom is barely there. No other toppings on the pizza either. I pretty much received a half n half with plain cheese... I have contacted the store but we will see how long it takes them to respond and what they plan on doing about this. Very disappointed and will most likely not be ordering from Domino's again.
