Best burger I ever had and best burger in whole Brisbane. I am regular customer here, visit atleast once in a month, Very friendly staff, manager always making sure customers are happy. Well done.
Went in thinking it would be pretty good. Served at the counter fine, but for a burger place it did seem to take them a long time to make a burger. The photo looks okay but if the bun were the size of a 20c piece, then the patty would be somewhere between a 5c and 10c piece. Bun was sadly stale, chips under seasoned - possibly no seasoning at all. Really dissappointing and I felt ripped off, would not recommended.
Personally, the buns are too soft to my liking. They fall apart when soggy. Any change on the bun type will incur an extra $1 each, for which the staff should always inform, instead of asking if i liked the other bun type. Had I not asked for a receipt, I wouldn't have found that out. However the staff acknowledged over sight and refunded accordingly. The chips were good.
Fantastic burger and friendly staff. The meal came fairly quickly, but the restaurant was nearly empty and that would be expected.
Andy is amazing - greets you with the biggest smile and always checks on how your meal is going. Hes attentive and friendly and makes you feel welcome.
Burgers are amazing, full flavour. Prices are affordable. Nice atmosphere issue. Highly recommend!
Very friendly staff, those at the counter and the servers. The burgers are reasonably priced, especially considering the prices of burgers in the surrounding restaurants. The burgers were cooked well and presented nicely. The share platter was very nice. I had not seen fried then seared/singed onion rings before.
I never write reviews, however, I felt that it was necessary for this store. My partner and I went one night maybe 2 months ago and although the place was super understaffed for how busy it was, we still had a great experience! It took a while for our drink and loaded fries to come out as the one staff member had to cook and serve about 4 other orders so we got our drink in a takeaway cup and a larger order of fries for our patience. We loved the customer service and even signed up for the loyalty card! Definitely coming back as much as we can!
Very tasty but the size of the burgers have gotten smaller and yet the price is the same. Edit Response to reply: I find that very hard to believe as I always order the New Yorker and early on I couldn't hold the whole burger and had to cut it in half but now the top and bottom bun touch when it's brought out. Also, I came in last month on my birthday and ordered a meal. The girl serving me asked if I wanted to sign up for the bite card after I had ordered and told me some of the perks, including a free burger on your birthday. I told her it was my birthday and asked if I could get the free burger. She accused me of lying and when I offered to show my ID she told me that it was too late.
Used to be my favourite burger place! Absolutely great tasting burgers. However lately I feel like the sizes have gotten smaller. I miss the days of Clinton's Chipotle Chicken, etc. Start making big burgers again please! :
