ABSOLUTE PISS TAKE!! 15 minutes have not moved. Inside is closed and cannot collect my order. I ordered online have already paid for my food and now have to leave!!! This is appalling. If you can’t staff your restaurant don’t open!
Staff need to lighten up on the mustard, it was literally dripping off the burger, also need to read order properly, order was no pickles on ONE of the burgers, yet neither burger had pickles, food was also cold.. Drink option was not available.. tables were disgusting as was floors, I was not keen to even attempt to use the bathrooms..never had such a bad experience at a hungry Jack's before

Came through drive through on the 17/08/2024 at 16:44 and we asked the drive through server for a receipt she then closed the window and ripped up our receipt. We then got old burgers, old fries and old onion rings. We had to return to the store to get replacement. To see young workers on their phones whilst at work is unprofessional and it was the same girl who served us at drive through. We eventually got our replacement and the Manager Anna was amazing and was very apologetic.
