NO stars ! Service was terrible, workersnare rude, shop is dirty & I got laughed at by an employee TALIA when I asked for help to clean the table , so I just grabbed some napkins and cleaned a table myself.nOnly in Brisbane for a holiday, definitely won't waste my time or money here again will let everyone know too.
Nice fresh buns, tasty tender juicy meat. Just the right amount of condiments on burgers.. Good temperature, decent service time. Friendly helpful staff. Pretty much all you can ask for these days. Will go back when in the area. Driveway was a bit harsh on the car rides low is only fault I have with the location
Ordered via the app to and went through the drive thru and sat at the speaker box for 10 mins, i got annoyed with waiting so drive around and parked and went into the store and waited another 10 mins to get my food, which was nuggets, chips and an ice cream cone. Staff never got a apology or anything. Poor custom service
Service is a tragic joke.nDidn't all the food order.nI went back for the ice creams. Told staff we didn't have them and then had to repeat that we didn't get the sundae.nEven after that didn't get the ketchup.nWhat makes it worse the place is empty.nNo wonder why.
Went through the drive-thru just to grab a frozen drink. Sat at the first window for about 5 minutes with no response even though the guy was just standing there chatting with his coworkers. we pulled up to the next one. Still no service for another 5 minutes, We ended up leaving. just kind of stupid and disappointing.
