Waited 26 minutes in drive through and when my food finally arrived it was disgusting!nnThe chips were barely lukewarm and obviously reheated. They were shrivelled, the box was nowhere near full and there bits of hash brown remnants in among the chips.nnThe toasties I ordered were also cold and had barely even been toasted.nnIt was absolutely disgusting and the staff are difficult to understand, brash and disinterested and give off a distinct don’t care attitude.
We were so excited when the Aussie Whopper with FRESH egg and beetroot were added back to the menu.nTotal joke! Have tried THREE times now and each time the egg is the same. Open the bun and it rolls out and would fall to the floor is I didnt catch it. So solid it would break concrete. This photo is exact without modification to what is dumped in the burger
Omfg don't get food from here 2 burgers almost uneatable so dry. Grilled chicken burgers and roadhouse burger. Chicken was so thin and FA lettuce. Roadhouse burgers was also dry as meat was so thin 1 small piece of bacon bun was ripped FA lettuce also. Unreal will never go here again. Are we under a lettuce shortage again. Not good enough for the price suppose they have to pay for new driveway.
I love Hungry Jacks but the Toasty I just got for breakfast was terrible. OnlynMildly toasted on one side, the other side untouched and cold. I didn’t think an establishment could get a simple toasty so wrong. It would have been warmer and better toasted if I left it in the sun for 8 hours. Do better.
I love Hungry Jack’s but this particular one is a JOKE! I’ve had numerous occasions when I thought I should not order from there again, but tonight was the last drop and I am definitely never going to Alex hills’ Hungry Jacks ever again. I ordered and paid through the app. At the drive thru window the amount mysteriously was refunded, no explanation. So I made the same order and paid through the app but went to pick up at the counter instead. That place was a mess! Confused staff, beeping machines, a line of people missing their burgers. So at the counter I am told there’s no veggie patties and nothing plant based to substitute them so they suggest they refund me for these which is half of my order. They go on to refund the burgers only. Told them these were meant to be meals. Takes them a while but fine, they get to $28 to refund me and tell me to tap my phone. Which I did, but later on found out I was not refunded anything. So that evening I paid $53 for 1 kids meal and 4 other meals, but received 1 kids meal and 2 other meals. 1 kids meal is worth $5.95. So $47 for 2 meals! One of them was a cheeseburger meal worth $10.95. So the grilled chicken meal cost me $36! I paid $36 for a grilled chicken meal in hungry jacks Alexandra hills. Ridiculous!
