What is the point in making a dietary request if you arent going to follow it. I asked three times to make sure there was no mayo or tomato on the burger. Twice when ordering and once when i received the meal and all 3 times i was assured that there wasnt any on my meal. I got home to open my meal to find tomato and mayo on the burger.

Waited a long time at the window after paying, then was told, 'Can you go and park there's a one minute hold up on your chicken'. (Wasn't told that I had to actually drive out of drivethrough and park in front, had to work that out on my own) I said as long as it wasn't longer as had anappointment to get to and couldn't wait longer. Waited another 8 minutes then set my daughter in to ask what was happening and she was told they were still waiting for chicken patties and it'd be a few more minutes! So had to leave with no food and money out pocket, plus was late for my appointment. Never again.

Awful service, meat is cold and never have their frozen drinks ever. Ive gone 6 times in 1 week and everytime i was met with "im sorry our frozen drink machine isnt working" this place is a joke

I asked to substitute a menu item... they said no I Asked for sauce... I got no sauce I Asked for extra mayo and she said No again MAN I wont be back to this store in a hurry 😑
