Chips tonight are disgusting. Overcooked, soggy and tasteless. When I called to ask if they had changed the chip cooking recipe, I was informed we were sold frozen chips from Woolworths. Manager apologized. At no point were we told we were buying chips from Woolworths.
3 Stars - Hard working staff who no doubt try their best. Food quality is very good, actual customer service can be hit and miss depending on the night you go in. Have waited some nights for inordinately long over simple orders then other nights been served right away.
First time ordering from this store, downloaded the app and ordered a fried pack. Had to wait a few minutes in the line as it was peak time. No problem there… however, the chips were old and cold, the chicken was also an old and stringy like as if it was sitting in the draw for half a day.nSo, disappointing as my son had been to another rooster and recommended we try it. He said the chips and chicken were better than the other main chicken place with 3 letters.nIt was only good for my 4 legged pal she loved it. :
I ordered a reds box and my burger had no chicken and it was the wrong burger. How does a place that only sells chicken forget to put it on my burger. I understand that it can be busy but I’d rather have my food made properly than to be thrown together making it the wrong order.
As much meat on the chicken as a pidgeon. Chips overcooked and over salted. Pineapple fritters . Well I have never seen them burnt. Soft and squishy. Absolutely terrible. Definitely not edible. Disgusting meal I will never go back again.
