Tampered burger, spilled drink, sauce in my McFlurry — an absolute disgracennI don’t even know where to start with how bad this order was.nnBurger: Arrived covered in pepper that I never asked for and never ordered. This is not a mistake — this is someone in the kitchen deliberately adding an ingredient to food I was going to eat without my knowledge or consent. That is food tampering, plain and simple.nnDrink: Arrived half empty and had spilled inside the bag, soaking everything else in the order. The packaging was a complete mess by the time it reached me.nnMcFlurry: Fully melted — liquid by the time it arrived. And somehow, the dipping sauce for the nuggets had ended up inside the McFlurry cup. How does that even happen? At what point during packing did someone think that was acceptable?nnEvery single item in this order was either wrong, damaged, or ruined. This is not a delivery driver issue — this is the store packing an order with zero care, zero attention, and apparently zero supervision.nnPhotos attached show everything clearly. This store needs to be investigated.nnAbsolutely appalling.
this is honestly ridiculous. I ordered a hot chocolate and found whole coffee beans inside the drink. How does a drink leave the kitchen like this? There is clearly zero attention being paid to what is actually being served to customers.nnI shouldn’t have to open up my drink and inspect it to make sure there aren’t random coffee beans floating around inside. This isn’t a minor mistake — it’s an embarrassing failure in basic food and drink preparation.nnIf this is the standard of quality control at this store, it seriously needs to be addressed. I paid for a hot chocolate and got something completely different from what I ordered.nnAbsolutely shocking service, shocking quality control, and completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back. Dogs
Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had.nWaited 25 minutes for a simple Smart Meal, only to get soggy, cold fries. On top of that, one Chicken & Cheese was missing and instead of fixing it properly, I had to wait another 10 minutes.nThe place itself was disgusting. Tables were dirty, and there was leftover food everywhere. Clearly no one cares about basic cleanliness or service here.nSlow service, wrong orders, poor food quality, and zero hygiene standards. Completely unacceptable.nNever coming back to this branch again.
Very disappointing McFlurry. It was honestly one of the most tasteless ice creams I’ve had. The ice cream itself had almost no flavour at all — no creamy or milky taste, just watery and bland. Even with the Oreo pieces, it wasn’t enjoyable.nnI’ve had McFlurrys many times before and they definitely didn’t taste like this. I don’t know if the recipe has changed, but the quality was really disappointing. I couldn’t even finish it.
My partner and I just got our dinner delivered by PUSH BIKE when we ordered a drink as well. Foods are cold, the coke was spilt everywhere in the bag, our food got soaked in bloody coke. Cost over $70 and this is what you get. UNHAPPY
