This place has an awesome vibe and the seating/decor are very nice. The staff are always nice and welcoming. The meat off the spit is a bit of a mix, the lamb is usually good (at an extra charge) but the chicken is subpar. The salads are also pretty disappointing. The large size is tiny and overpriced. The village Greek salad doesn’t have much taste to it.. Favourite dishes there are the haloumi chips and the lamb from the spit!

Always delicious. Friendly staff that go out of their way to be helpful (they bring our beagles water!). Our trips to Southbank aren't complete unless we eat here

Definitely try the lamb! Great flavour and the meat falls apart on your fork. The calamari was substandard and so were the hallioumi chips but probably because they were served luke warm. May have been good otherwise. They have really great house wine.

The venue looks great, the staff are really friendly and the food is superb. The wraps are the perfect healthy takeaway lunch, whilst the Feast for Two is huge. We had the Village Salad (the classic Greek style salad) and the Calamari. For the meat of choice we got chicken, and it was excellently char grilled! The Calamari was of the quality that you would expect from a restaurant that specialises in seafood. Between two of us we struggled to finish the meal it was well portioned. Pair that with Mythos beer, it was a night thoroughly enjoyed.

Chicken was warm and tasted odd. My Mum and I are both Coeliac so was excited to see g f chips on the menu. I questioned it just to be sure as we both have a bad reaction to even the slightest gluten... The chips are cooked in the same fryer as gluten-containing items. So they are not g f. Very irresponsible to label something as g f when it certainly is not. People can get very sick! Anyway, the service was rude too, so we definitely will not be returning.
