‘Healthy’ and ‘Tasty’ - Our goal is to enhance these two positive attributes that form a major part of Vietnamese food and lifestyle.

Viet de Lites combines the Vietnamese cooking style and techniques of grilled, pan-fried and stir-fry to develop a unique menu that contains specially chosen dishes.

The waiters were efficient and friendly and the entrees were nice. Two of the mains were okay, however another mains we ordered (grilled pork with vermicelli) came with the meat swimming in a soup, which we have never encountered before, even after ordering this dish at many other places. There was no mention of this on the menu. Also the meat did not appear to be all that fresh and was rather tough and a bit fatty. The cost for this dish was $17.90 In our opinion that's just way too much for a small serving and seeing we could not eat most of that dish. Unfortunately we would not recommend this place.

Found this place through stroll of south bank. Warm day wanting something cooling and refreshing, this definitely fit the brief. Rice paper roll had very thick tough paper to bite and pull apart. The 3 colour ice had all that it should have. Sat away from the walk way so was good.

Lovely food! Traditional Vietnamese, very fresh, with top quality ingredients. A must do place at Southbank

Service and food delivery was very quick and pleasant however the food was not really up to scratch for the cost. Vietnamese food should not be bland oily and mild (especially when it's 2 chilli rated on the menu). Therefore I rate 3/5.

The service was poor despite them not being overly busy, the food was below average. I could make better at home without much effort. The ingredients weren't fresh. The meat was overcooked.
